Hospitality & Guest Assistance – Welcome devotees, distribute seating, and guide guests.
Parking Assistance – Direct vehicles to designated parking areas and assist attendees.
Pooja Arrangements & Ritual Support – Assist priests with pooja items, kalashams, and ritual materials.
Prasadam & Food Distribution – Serve Maha Prasadam to all attendees.
Procurement & Supplies – Arrange and manage procurement of materials for decorations, pooja items, food, and logistics.
Security & Crowd Management – Ensure a smooth and peaceful experience for all.
Stage Management – Coordinate ritual performances, announcements, and processions.
